Group opportunity — at our real volume
Sized off the whole group's monthly sales, not the sample data. In-store close sets the miss pool (everyone who left without a service contract); the re-sell response is the mail conversion — a much lower rate, since these customers already passed once.

Your assumptions
The per-store view below works off the current sample data. Set the two levers and see what the missed customers are worth if you mail them — your pilot's holdout is what confirms the real numbers.

Projected recovery by store
What each rooftop stands to recoup from the customers who drove off with no F&I product — the leak you're here to plug.
Address hygiene gate. Physical mail to your own customers generally isn't governed by the TCPA or Do-Not-Call rules that apply to calls and texts — but the dealership is responsible for honoring opt-outs, validating address hygiene, and ensuring each campaign complies with its own policies and applicable law. Practically, run the list through NCOA (National Change of Address) and CASS standardization, suppress anyone who has since bought the product or repurchased, and dedupe to one piece per household. The export below stays locked until that scrub is confirmed.
Build a mail drop
Pick the segments to combine. Each household is tagged with one offer code for variable-data printing.
Export is disabled until at least one segment is selected and the address scrub is confirmed. The CSV and letters cover the mailed set only — the holdout is held back so you can prove lift. All letters — one PDF batches every customer's letter into a single document, one per page, ready to send straight to a printer for a bulk run; the per-customer zip is for sending letters individually. "Log campaign" saves this drop to the Recovery tab. Letterhead and letters are managed in Admin.
Everything below is confirmed, closed money — F&I products actually sold, repair orders actually paid, and vehicles actually resold. Nothing here is projected or estimated. This is what the program has brought back.
F&I recovery
Customers who bought without F&I coverage, mailed a win-back offer, and what came back — measured from the DMS. Sample history shown; your pilot replaces it with measured results.
By store
Individual mail drops
Trade-ins
Customers who bought without coverage and later traded that vehicle back in — the new-vehicle sale is credited to the trade-in store.
Closed-loop sale matching — from DMS product-only (WI) deals
Every product-only sale is stocked as WI + the last 8 of the VIN. We match that back to the customers we mailed, so sold counts and gross are measured straight from the DMS — no hand-keying. Holdout hits show the baseline that would have bought anyway. Demo: rosters and the WI feed are simulated to show the mechanism; in production this reads your CDK/Elead export.
Program usage by store
How each store is taking advantage of the recovery program — campaigns run, letters mailed, and gross recovered. A store that hasn't run a campaign yet shows as "Not yet started."
Audit log
Every sensitive action — logins, exports, and user / role / store / campaign / letter changes. Master Admin only. Demo entries shown; in production this reads the audit_log table the backend writes.
API usage & billing
Fortellis calls are billed pay-as-you-go. Query API pulls by dealer group and by store for any month or range. Admin-only. Demo: counts are simulated across ~3 years of history; in production this reads the per-call log and retains it per your policy.
Dealership Groups
Top-level groups. Each rooftop belongs to one group.

Dealerships
Activate or deactivate a store and assign it to a group. Onboarding and Master Admin also get a per-store ☎ call-tracking toggle here — turn it on to capture that store's calls & appointments automatically.

Holdout (measurement)
The holdout holds back a share of eligible customers as a control group — the comparison that proves the mail caused the sales. It costs real revenue (held-back customers aren't mailed), so a dealer past their case study may want it off. Onboarding & Master Admin only — dealers never set this. Set it for the whole group, or override one store.

Case-study stores
ANY GROUP
Hand-pick specific stores — from any group — into a case study. Each keeps its home group; you just set its case-study rate here without switching the group filter above.
Letters & Letterhead
Upload letterhead and the letters each campaign sends, per product. Pick a scope (a group or a store) to edit. Demo note: uploads last for this session only — production stores them on the server.
